Eddy Requilman, the owner of Competitive Cost Construction, has been in the building industry for over 20 years. Since becoming a licensed home improvement contractor in 2007; he has gained a reputation for quality and attentiveness to each project. Having such enthusiasm and dedication to this work, he strives to provide only the highest quality services at the most affordable prices.

Once you contact Competitive Cost Construction for a free estimate, our process is simple!

Eddy utilizes the time during the initial consultation to inspect the existing conditions, take measurements and thoroughly discuss the best products and services to meet your specific home improvement needs. Making sure he understands your project – both the budget and what you need to make your project exceptional.

What does this mean for you? No surprises before we start the job. Careful planning paying particular attention to the details ensures that your job will be a success.

Next, you will be provided with a detailed proposal for your project. This proposal includes a thorough scope of work, specifications, job schedule, guarantees and the exact price for the project at your home. As work begins, your home and privacy will always be given the utmost respect, ensuring you the best possible remodeling experience. Daily clean-up will be performed as well as keeping the homeowner up to date with our progress. As completion nears, a final inspection is performed with the homeowner to assure their complete satisfaction.

Once the job is complete, you will receive a copy of your project’s warranty information & a customer satisfaction survey, as we are always looking for ways to provide an even better experience for our clients. Customer feedback is valued and appreciated.
